My Story

As a seasoned attorney with a passion for civil litigation, I’ve dedicated my practice to representing clients in contingency-fee personal injury, wrongful death, and estate litigation cases. My expertise extends to handling securities fraud, consumer fraud, and financial services class-action cases nationwide.

Practicing law is the ideal fusion of my intellectual curiosity, competitive spirit, and interpersonal skills. I am committed to being your advocate in the courtroom, striving for justice with every case.

Beyond my professional life, I cherish time with my wife and three kids, enjoying their sports activities, and indulging in my love for music.

Insights & Experiences

I thrive on human interaction. Whether it’s a client’s gratitude for my advocacy or a spirited debate with colleagues, I cherish these moments. And yes, I’m the lawyer who doesn’t procrastinate—because every second counts when people’s lives and livelihoods hang in the balance.

If you’re seeking legal support that combines thorough communication and relentless dedication, then I’m here to guide you through. You deserve transparent, tenacious counsel that sets you up for future success.

Background & Expertise

When you need me, I am there to represent you in cases involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. It’s an honor to be your advocate during the most difficult times.

Cases related to securities fraud, consumer fraud, and financial services class-actions are not just legal battles. They are opportunities to seek justice and make things right. Through diligent trial work and skillful negotiations, I have helped my clients recover millions of dollars. Their victories inspire me and remind me why I chose this path.

My journey began in Grand Forks, North Dakota at the University of North Dakota studying Aviation Management (B.B.A. summa cum laude, 2007). From there I earned my law degree at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota (J.D. summa cum laude, 2010) where I served on the editorial board of the law review before graduating third in my class.
